SECTION — WARRANTY TIERS
Residential Installation Warranty
Full corrosion protection for all Delta stainless steel (CF8/CF8M), chrome plated brass, and nickel bronze products installed in domestic environments including homes, apartments, and private villas. Covers corrosion scaling, pitting, and surface oxidation under normal residential water contact.
Conditions: Installation must follow Delta's technical specification sheet. Monthly trap cleaning required.
Commercial Installation Warranty
Extended commercial-grade warranty for installations in hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, airports, and public infrastructure. Covers all alloy grades including heavy cast iron (asphaltic dura-coat) under heavy foot and wheel traffic conditions.
Conditions: Quarterly professional inspection recommended. Warranty void if chemical solvents incompatible with the specified alloy are used.
SECTION — WHAT IS COVERED
- ✓ Corrosion scaling and rust oxidation
- ✓ Surface pitting on stainless steel (CF8 / CF8M)
- ✓ Electroplating delamination on chrome brass (under normal use)
- ✓ Asphaltic coat failure on cast iron products
- ✓ Manufacturing defects identified within 90 days of installation
SECTION — WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- ✗ Physical damage from improper installation or misuse
- ✗ Damage caused by incompatible chemical cleaners
- ✗ Abrasion damage on chrome plated products caused by sand/grit
- ✗ Damage resulting from failure to perform recommended maintenance
- ✗ Products modified or altered from their original specification
SECTION — HOW TO CLAIM
- Email deltainfofficial@gmail.com with subject: "WARRANTY CLAIM — [Product SKU]"
- Include purchase date, installation date, site address, photos
- Assessment within 5 business days
- Replacement dispatched within 7–10 business days if approved
