ALLOY CODE 01

STAINLESS STEEL CF8 / CF8M

Normally produced in Type CF8 (equivalent to grade 304), an 18-8 Austenitic alloy containing nickel and chromium. It has phenomenal resistance to moisture and scaling. For severe acidic operations or seaside pools, Type CF8M (equivalent to marine grade 316) is deployed.

CHROME PLATED (CP) BRASS

Delta Chrome Plated Cast Brass is ideal for wall parapets, gutter channels, and wet sectors requiring a brilliant luxury metallic reflection. Not recommended for severe abrasive pedestrian traffic corridors (sand/grit) as direct friction may cause electroplated peeling over time.

SOLID CAST NICKEL BRONZE

A heavy cast bronze alloy featuring a beautiful permanent silvery-yellow satin sheen. Engineered specifically for heavy commercial plazas subject to abrasive foot traffic. Friction from shoes actually helps maintain its beautiful satin finish. Recommended where anti-spark security is needed.

ALLOY CODE 04

CAST ALUMINUM GRADE 319 ALLOY

Supplied in casting grade 319 (silicon and copper alloy composition). Formed as a light gray, exceptionally durable casting. Delivers fantastic mechanical strength and weight-to-density ratio. Used predominantly for high-clearance roof domes, sediment buckets, and internal gravel filtration collars.

DURA-COATED HEAVY CAST IRON

High-tensile pig iron casted heavily to support heavy vehicular wheels (BS EN 124 Class D400 HGV). The core iron body is dipped in a black asphaltic sealant compound which completely blocks rust oxidation and prevents galvanic reaction with floor chemicals.
