Stainless Steel CF8 / CF8M
Austenitic Grade 304 / 316Produced in Type CF8 (equivalent to Grade 304) and Type CF8M (equivalent to Marine Grade 316). Standard alloy incorporates 18% chromium and 8% nickel to provide high moisture, scaling, and chemical immunity.
Chrome Plated (CP) Cast Brass
Electroplated Plumbing GradeDelta Chrome Plated Cast Brass features an ultra-thick electroplated chromium layer over a corrosion-resistant yellow brass casting. Tailored for hotel parapets and custom wet area aesthetics.
Solid Cast Nickel Bronze
Silvery-Yellow Self-Polishing AlloyA heavy copper-nickel-tin alloy with a solid gold-silver sheen. Engineered for heavy-duty commercial zones with permanent foot traffic, where shoe friction continuously self-polishes the grate surface.
Cast Aluminum Grade 319
Ultra-Lightweight Silicon AlloySupplied in casting Grade 319 containing silicon and copper. Features excellent structural tensile strength and an unmatched strength-to-weight ratio. Primarily used for overhead applications.
Dura-Coated Heavy Cast Iron
High-Tensile Class ASTM A48 / A536Heavy-duty gray pig iron cast heavily to withstand high wheel loading. The finished castings are immediately sealed with thick asphaltic ink dura-coat to prevent oxidation and chemical reactions.
